In this episode, I guide you through a gentle yet powerful meditation designed to help you embody that version of yourself right now, not someday, not when you’re “ready,” but today. This is a practice you can return to whenever you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next step, and it’s especially supportive if you’re calling in more alignment, confidence, self-trust, or inner peace. 

Find a quiet space, get comfortable, and allow yourself to fully receive as you move through a grounding practice to settle your nervous system and arrive in the present moment, a guided visualisation to connect with your highest self and her energy, an opportunity to embody clarity, confidence, and calm at a cellular level, gentle prompts to anchor this version of you into everyday life, and a feeling of deep nourishment, alignment, and inner safety.

I thought I would do something a little different today and share with you a powerful meditation that has really been supporting me and that is my embody your highest self meditation.

So often we try to change our life only from the neck up. We think new thoughts, we read the books, we [00:01:00] set the intentions, but unless we feel it and live it in our bodies, nothing really shifts. Embodiment is what turns a nice idea into your actual lived reality. Now, when you embody your highest self, you’re not just imagining her.

You are practicing how she breathes, how she stands, how she responds to challenges, how she speaks to herself and others. You are training your nervous system to recognize safety. Confidence and worthiness as your new normal. That’s why this practice is so important because the more time you spend being your highest self, the faster your outer world starts to reflect that inner alignment.

This is where real change happens. Not in theory, but in every breath and every [00:02:00] choice. So get comfortable and let’s dive in.

Welcome. This is your time to meet and embody your highest self. Take a moment to get comfortable, sit upright or lie down. Whatever feels best for you. Soften your body. Let your shoulders drop your jaw, unc unclench, and your belly soften. Close your eyes. Take in a really nice, deep, juicy breath [00:03:00] in through your nose.

Hold the breath at the top and slowly exhale.

Take another deep breath in hold and slowly exhale through your nose.

We are now going to connect with the most loving, wise, aligned version of you. The version of you who already exists within you.

Take a moment to set an intention for yourself. You might like to whisper that intention

or [00:04:00] say it internally, and your intention could be, I am ready to remember who I really am.

Bring your attention to your breath.

Notice your breath moving in and out of your body.

No need to change it. Just notice

now breathing in slowly through your nose. And sigh the breath out through your mouth. Inhale

and exhale letting anything you’re holding onto melt away.[00:05:00] 

Inhale through your nose, hold and exhale. Inhale. Cold. Exhale. Notice any tightness in your face, neck, shoulders,

chest, belly, or hips. And with each exhalation, invite that area. To loosen just a little,

keep breathing deeply,

feel the surface beneath you holding your weight. Remind yourself that you are supported. [00:06:00] You can let yourself be held.

Begin to. Notice how you feel in your heart right now.

Any emotions coming up for you, any stories swirling around. Any worries that are here,

you don’t need to fix or change anything. All of you is welcome in this space.

Now imagine you sitting opposite yourself as you are today. See your face, your posture, the expression in your eyes.[00:07:00] 

Look at this version of you with the eyes of deep compassion. And love. See how much they’ve carried and how hard they’ve tried. You might like to place a hand on your heart and silently say, I see you. I’m here for you. I’ve got you.

Now imagine a soft, glowing, light appearing behind your present. They self, this light is the presence of your highest self. The you who is deeply grounded, confident, kind, [00:08:00] clear, loving and embodied. The you who lives in alignment with your. Values and your truth. See this highest self, step forward gently and lovingly.

Notice how they stand, how they breathe, how calm their energy feels.

Notice what they are wearing. The expression on their face.

Notice the softness in their eyes, the warmth of their smile.

Ask this higher [00:09:00] self. What do you want me to know today?

And then listen for. The first word, phrase, or feeling that arises,

trust whatever you receive. Even if it was subtle, it was perfect.

Now see your highest self stepping even closer until they are standing right. In front of you,

they open their arms to you and you step into their embrace. Feel your body’s gently merge as if you are being [00:10:00] wrapped in their light.

This light now fills your whole being. From head to toe,

feel how your spine lengthens. Your chest opens your face softens. Notice how your breath becomes steady and calm. Silently repeat after me. I am connected to my high.

I trust my inner wisdom.

I choose what aligns with my truth.

I am worthy [00:11:00] of the life I desire.

Feel each statement land in your cells as if it’s. Being written into your energy

from this embodied state, imagine one moment in your near future. See yourself facing something that used to trigger doubt or feel.

Now, watch how you respond from your highest self. See the calm in your eyes. The grounded posture, the clear loving words you choose. Know that this version of you is not out of reach. This is [00:12:00] you here now already within you.

Begin to feel the surface beneath you.

Notice the sounds in the room, the air on your skin.

Take a deep breath in through your nose as your highest self hold lock. In that version of you already here, embodied and exhale, anchoring this version of you right here, right now.

And when you are ready, [00:13:00] gently open your eyes

and move into your life. As the highest embodied version of you.[00:14:00] 

I want you to notice how you feel now. Compared to when you first started this episode and really honor yourself for taking this time to connect with your highest self. Remember this version of you isn’t somewhere out there in the future. She lives inside you right now, and you can come back to this practice anytime you need to realign, make decisions and simply remember who you truly are.
